Doing the tracks in different orders for a different, yet still balanced, class.

Option 1:   1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

Option 2:   1, 3, 2, 6, 5, 8, 4, 9, 7, 10

Option 3:   1, 2, 9, 5, 4, 8, 7, 3, 6, 10

Option 4:   1, 2, 7, 4, 6, 8, 3, 5, 9, 10

Option 5:   1, 3, 2, 4, 7, 6, 9, 8, 5, 10

Option 6:   1, 2, 8, 6, 3, 7, 9, 4, 5, 10

Occasionally, you might want to swap 'left' with 'right' to change workout slightly.

All classes are 60 minutes.
