About Us

Inform Personal Training is run by Ken Telfer.  Ken is a Canberra-based fitness trainer. He has been working in the fitness industry since 1996. Ken’s focus is on holistic health with an emphasis on nutrition and education. He believes in helping his clients to achieve their fitness goals through a combination of core strength development, motivation building, sports performance and injury prevention, as well as physical exercise. Ken’s training methods are adaptable to people just starting a fitness program or more developed athletes who are seeking to improve their sports performance.

He is currently using Pilates combined with indoor and outdoor workouts with many of his clients, as well as running Pilates courses around Canberra. Ken's own sport of choice is sprinting and he runs competitively. Ken has developed a unique training course using a combination of techniques to create a unique program for his clients.

He is an accomplished group trainer and has presented holistic health and fitness seminars to private and government workplaces, modelling courses and secondary schools students (through Victoria’s Models). Ken also provides workplace fitness assessments.
